Vistawyn ("we", operated by [legal entity]) runs this pre-launch page to let people join our launch list.

What we collect

When you join the list, we store your email address, the time you signed up, how you found us (a campaign or referrer tag, if any), and your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to prevent abuse and is not stored with your signup.

How we use it

Only to email you about Vistawyn's launch. If confirmation emails are switched on, you'll also get one confirming you signed up. We don't sell or share your email, and we don't use advertising trackers on this page.

Where it's stored

Signups are stored in our database hosted by Supabase; the site is hosted by Vercel; launch emails may be sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We keep your email until launch plus [12 months], or until you ask us to delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To access or delete your data, email [privacy@vistawyn.com]. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights.
